What are Morikami's hours?
The museum and gardens are open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and closed Mondays and major holidays. Last tickets are sold at 4:30 PM. The Cornell Café keeps shorter hours: Tuesday through Sunday, 11 AM to 3 PM.
How much does admission cost?
Adults (18+) are $18, seniors (65+) and military with valid ID are $16, students with ID are $14, children 6–17 are $12, and children 5 and under are free. Members are always free, and group rates are available for 15 or more people with advance booking.
Are pets allowed?
No — pets are not permitted anywhere on the grounds, on or off leash. Only service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed; emotional support and therapy animals do not qualify.
Can I take photos during my visit?
Personal photos with a phone or small handheld camera are fine during regular hours. Tripods and professional equipment like extra lighting or removable lenses aren't permitted for personal use, and photography isn't allowed inside the museum galleries. Commercial or professional photography sessions need to be arranged in advance through Facility Rentals at (561) 233-1304.
Is parking free?
Yes, on-site parking is free.
Does one ticket cover both the museum and the gardens?
Yes — general admission covers the museum galleries, Roji-en's six gardens, the bonsai collection, and the tea house grounds together.
Are drones allowed?
No. Morikami is a no-drone zone, with no exceptions for personal use.
